Babette was introduced in 2007. The edition was sold out so quickly that most collectors never had the opportunity to see her.
Her popularity was so great that we were able to persuade Heidi to do a new  limited edition Babette for 2008.
Babette is 9" tall. Each doll is hand painted and has blonde mohair braids and brown blown glass eyes. Babette is
of the finest quality bisque porcelain. She wears a hand smocked sun dress wth white ankle socks and pink leather shoes.

Alyssa is Babette's friend. New for 2008, Alyssa is named for a real little girl who loves to dance and who did exceptionally well at the world dance competition in New York City. Congratulations Alyssa!
Like Babette, Alyssa is fine porcelain bisque. Her eyes are blue and her hair is auburn mohair. Her silk dress is richly embroidered and trimmed with a silk ribbon sash. She wears ankle socks and dark pink leather shoes.
